Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. The service
orgadmin.ai is a workspace for exploring, analysing, and developing against Salesforce orgs that you connect via OAuth. The Free plan includes the explorer feature set; the Pro plan adds AI features with a monthly token allowance. The service is currently in beta and Pro pricing is still being finalised. Plans are billed month to month and can be cancelled at any time.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must have the authority to connect the Salesforce orgs you connect, and your use must comply with your agreements with Salesforce, Inc.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential.
- You will not attempt to breach tenant isolation, probe or overload the service, or use it to violate law or third-party rights.
3. AI output
AI features generate content — answers, SOQL, Apex, configuration — that may be incorrect. Review AI output before relying on it or deploying it. Deployments and data operations run only when explicitly enabled and are designed to be sandbox-first, but you remain responsible for changes you choose to ship to your orgs.
4. Your data
Your org metadata, context notes, learnings, and assets remain yours. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service (storing, processing, and sending prompts to the AI provider your administrator configures). See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Intellectual property and trademarks
orgadmin.ai and its software are our intellectual property. orgadmin.ai is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Salesforce, Inc. Salesforce, Agentforce, Einstein and related marks are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation. Features may evolve; material reductions to paid functionality will be communicated in advance.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose statutory guarantees are not excluded), our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from changes deployed to your Salesforce orgs.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, connected orgs are disconnected and their cached data purged.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
