Where the AI comes from
You choose who pays for the AI
The AI in orgadmin.ai is not a licence we resell you. There are four ways to power it, and two of them cost you nothing beyond the plan itself.
Your own AI client, over MCP
Every plan, including the trial
Point Claude Code, Codex CLI, Claude Desktop or any MCP client at your org and it picks up around sixty org-grounded tools: read metadata, run SELECT-only SOQL, audit security, build reports and drive the Development Studio.
The model runs in your client, on the AI subscription you already pay for. Nothing is metered here and no allowance is drawn down. Each token you mint carries only the scopes you grant it, starting read-only.
Bring your own AI provider key
Every plan. It is how Pro works.
Add a key from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, OpenRouter, Ollama Cloud, Cerebras or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Every AI surface in the app then runs on it, and you can point each feature at a different model.
Your provider bills you directly at their rates — we never meter that usage or mark it up. Failed runs still consume tokens, so set a monthly spending limit on the key you use here.

Scale and Max
No provider account, no key, nothing to set up. Scale includes 50M tokens per user per month and Max includes 200M, funded by us and working the moment you sign in.
Usage is on your usage page at all times. Connect your own key as well if you like — own-key usage never draws down your included credits.
Or use it with no AI at all
Every plan
A large part of the platform never calls a model. The Metadata Explorer, org comparison and deployments, the Permissions Workbench, the Data Loader, File Backup, the Formula Tester and the debug-log viewer are ordinary deterministic tools.
Security Review runs its fourteen deterministic modules with no AI whatsoever; only the executive summary and the judgment findings need a model. You can get real work done here without a key, an MCP client or a single credit.
Every route above still needs a plan or a live trial to reach the product — there is no free tier. What differs is whether the AI itself costs you anything on top of it.
What's in each plan
Everything below ships today. No roadmap asterisks.
Security Review is included on every plan, a full 14-module audit of your org, on demand, with no per-run charge. Its deterministic checks run without AI at all; the AI executive summary and judgment findings run on your own key on Pro, or on your included credits on Scale and Max. You can also run it from your own AI client over MCP, which uses no tokens here at all.

Agentforce Vibes stopped being free for most orgs on 1 June 2026 — it now requires Flex Credits or a paid user licence.

You can leave at the end of any month
There is no annual contract to sign and no minimum term. That is deliberate: a customer who can leave in thirty days is one we have to keep earning, so the features have to keep shipping and the price has to keep being defensible. Cancel from your billing settings — no phone call, no cancellation fee, and your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Billing questions
What this price does not buy
These limitations are part of what you are buying, and part of why it costs what it does.
- Non-business-critical use. An administration, analysis and development aid — not a system of record, backup, disaster-recovery system, or your only way into a Salesforce org.
- No service level. No uptime, availability, support-response, recovery-time or recovery-point commitment unless a signed order adds one. Interruptions can happen.
- Streamlined architecture. Prices are low because the architecture is deliberately simple. No enterprise redundancy, failover, disaster recovery or compliance certification is promised.
- Customer-controlled Salesforce changes. Deployments, permission edits, record operations, merges, seeding and file deletion run on your instruction. You choose the org, the content and the timing, and you review and authorise the change.
- AI-provider disclosure. AI features send prompts and relevant org or workspace context to the AI provider you select or that we identify for an included allowance. That provider’s terms, retention, security, location and charges apply.
- No durable data-retention promise. Not a durable archive. No minimum retention, completeness or recoverability is guaranteed. Keep your own source records, exports and backups.
- Human review required. AI output and automated findings can be incomplete, insecure or wrong. Review and test them before relying on, executing or deploying them.
Set out in full in the Business Subscription and Software Licence Agreement (v1.0). Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
