October 2026
- Improved
Insights: dashboards that open instantly, refreshed on your terms
Dashboards now work like Salesforce’s own: they show when their numbers are from, reuse a recent run instead of re-querying your org on every open, and refresh live whenever you ask.
- An “As of” time above every dashboard, and Refresh always runs it live (at most once a minute)
- A Data refresh setting per dashboard: every 5, 15 (the default) or 60 minutes, only when refreshed, or Always live
- Recent results are encrypted under their own key, tied to the Salesforce login that read them, kept 24 hours at most, deleted when you disconnect, and left out of backups
- Filter dropdowns reuse their values for an hour, and the AI builder always works from live results
- Improved
Salesforce embed package 1.1
Embedded dashboards are easier to roll out to everyone, safer across sandboxes, and clearer when something is set up wrong.
- A permission set, OrgAdmin Insight Viewer, so non-admin users can see embedded dashboards
- A sandbox post-copy class that clears the signing secret, so sandboxes never inherit production’s key
- Record dashboards check the viewer can read the record, and say so when a Record filter ID is missing instead of showing a sample record
- Several dashboards on one page no longer interfere, a blocked frame explains itself, and ignored component settings are listed
- Everyone viewing an embedded dashboard in one org shares one cached run, so busy record pages cost far fewer API calls
- The Embed panel shows each org’s package version, and updating keeps any files you customised
- Improved
Pricing estimates in pounds, yen and more
The pricing page currency switcher now also covers British pounds, Swiss francs, Japanese yen, and Singapore and Hong Kong dollars. Billing stays in Australian dollars.
- Choose GBP, CHF, JPY, SGD or HKD alongside AUD, NZD, USD, CAD, EUR and INR above the plan cards
- Visitors whose browser is set to the UK, Switzerland, Japan, Singapore or Hong Kong see their own currency first
- Reference rates refreshed to the RBA figures of 27 October 2026
- Improved
See plan prices in your own currency
The pricing page can now show an estimate of every plan in New Zealand, US or Canadian dollars, euros or Indian rupees. Billing stays in Australian dollars.
- Choose AUD, NZD, USD, CAD, EUR or INR above the plan cards on the pricing page
- The page picks a currency from your browser’s language and region the first time, and remembers the one you choose
- Each estimate shows the AUD price you are billed, and the rate and date it was worked out from

Connect ChatGPT and Claude to your orgs with a URL
Paste the MCP server URL into ChatGPT or Claude as a custom connector, sign in to orgadmin.ai, and the app is connected. No token to create or copy.
- Works as a custom connector in Claude (web, desktop and mobile) and in ChatGPT with developer mode on, and in Claude Code from /mcp
- A consent screen shows which app is asking and where it will send you back, and lets you choose exactly what it may do. Anything that changes Salesforce starts unticked
- Choose access per org: full access, read only, or off. Production starts read only and sandboxes full, so an app can read production while it builds and changes records in a sandbox
- Change any connection or token’s org access later with Orgs in Settings → MCP access. It applies from the next call, and orgs you connect later start read only
- Connected apps stay signed in while in use and appear in Settings → MCP access next to your tokens, each with its own Disconnect button
- The server URL now sits at the top of the MCP access card with a copy button, and the setup guides walk through ChatGPT and Claude step by step
- Personal access tokens still work for Codex, CI jobs, remote shells and the Claude Desktop extension
- Improved
Lower prices on every plan
Pro now starts at A$14.99 per user per month, and the plans with AI included cost less too, with the same allowances.
- Pro: A$14.99 per user per month, down from A$19.95, with every AI feature on your own provider key or MCP client
- Scale: A$32.95, down from A$49.95, still with 50M AI tokens a month included
- Max: A$69.95, down from A$179.95, still with 200M AI tokens a month included
- New
Global value sets in the Development Studio
Pull a global value set into a Studio project, change its values and deploy it like any other file.
- A “Global value sets” category in Add components and its own section in the file tree
- Edit, version and deploy global value sets alongside the picklist fields that use them
- A tidier project list: the description sits under the project name and Archive and Delete live in a row menu, so the table fits on smaller screens
- New
Lightning pages in the AI assistant and the Development Studio
Ask the AI what is on any Lightning page, then pull the page into a Studio project to change and deploy it.
- The AI assistant and the MCP server can list every Lightning page in an org (record, app and home pages and utility bars) with the object each record page belongs to
- They can read one page in detail: its template, regions, every component and its properties, Dynamic Forms fields, visibility rules and the custom components it uses
- A “Lightning pages” tab in Add components pulls a page into a project, where you edit, version and deploy it like any other file
- New
Project stages and production tracking
See where every Development Studio project stands, and which ones have reached production.
- Give each project a stage: Planned, In progress, Testing, Ready to deploy or Done
- A “deployed to production” flag you can set by hand, which is also set automatically when a deploy built from the project succeeds in a production org
- Filter the project list by stage (including “Not done”) and by production, and the filters are remembered per org
- The same columns and filters in the workspace’s view of every member’s projects
- New
Insights folders and sharing
Organise dashboards, reports and charts into folders, and share them with the people in your workspace.
- Folders nest and can hold any mix of dashboards, reports and charts
- One searchable, sortable list with a Type filter and breadcrumbs replaces the separate tabs
- Share an item or a whole folder with one member or with everyone in the workspace, including people who join later
- Each person gets “Can view” or “Can edit”. Editors can rename, rebuild with the AI builder and move items between folders
- Items shared with you appear under “Shared with me”
- A shared insight always runs through the viewer’s own connection to that Salesforce org, so everyone sees only what their own Salesforce permissions allow
- New
File Backup permission for members
Owners and admins can now give File Backup to individual members, without also giving them deploy rights.
- A “File Backup” column on the Members page, and the same choice when you invite someone
- Owners and admins always have File Backup; read-only members never do
- Deleting backed-up files still also needs “Deploy & write”, because it changes the org
- New
File Backup totals
See how many files, and how much storage, have been downloaded from and deleted in each org.
- A File Backup card on each org’s Overview: files downloaded and files deleted, with their size, all time
- The same figures on your dashboard and in team activity
- New
Team activity: breakdown by member
Rank your team on the measure you care about, over the period you choose.
- Pick a measure (deployments, lines changed, files downloaded, files deleted, AI chats, data seeds, data loads, comparisons, Salesforce calls, MCP tool calls or active days) and see every member ranked
- The member table gains Lines changed, Files downloaded and Files deleted columns
- New
Team conflict detection
Find out before you deploy when a teammate is working on the same component in another sandbox.
- Overlap badges in the Development Studio’s file tree when a teammate’s project touches the same component
- Deploying over a teammate’s active work asks you to tick a box first, and the acknowledgement is recorded
- Each overlap shows whether that work is already live in production
- A Team conflicts page for owners and admins lists every active overlap in the workspace
- New
Company workspaces
Bring your Salesforce team into one workspace, billed per member.
- Invite people by email or straight from the users of a connected org
- Owner, admin, member and read-only roles, plus a “Deploy & write” toggle per member
- Everyone connects orgs with their own Salesforce login
- Team activity, a team deployment log and read-only views of every member’s Studio projects
- Remove a member and every org connection they made is disconnected at once
September 2026
- Improved
File Backup history on its own page
Past backups moved off the main File Backup screen to a History page, so the scan settings and file list sit together again.
- Open it from the History button in the File Backup header
- Improved
A new dashboard
Your dashboard now shows what you have actually done with the platform.
- Choose the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or all time
- Six headline tiles (projects, lines of code changed, AI chats, deployments, data seeds and MCP connections) that switch the trend chart
- A recent activity feed across every feature
- Improved
Faster file scans and exports
File Backup scans and ZIP exports now run their Salesforce requests in parallel.
- In our own test, a scan of 5,000 records went from about seven minutes to under one
- Exports download up to 12 files at once, about 2.7 times faster than before
- A SOQL-scoped backup can now capture as many record fields as you need; the old limit of 25 is gone
