orgadmin.ai vs Prodly — config data, or sandbox data?
Both move Salesforce records between orgs with relationships intact. They are built for different problems: Prodly for deploying configuration data as part of a release, orgadmin.ai for filling a sandbox with realistic data that has had its PII masked first.
orgadmin.ai is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Salesforce, Inc. Salesforce, Agentforce, Einstein and related marks are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. Prodly is a trademark of Prodly, Inc.
The honest framing
Deploying config is not the same as seeding a sandbox
Prodly's core problem is moving a product catalogue from staging to production without breaking a price rule — a release activity, with change control around it. orgadmin.ai's is making an empty developer sandbox useful without copying customer PII into it — a testing activity, with privacy around it. The mechanics rhyme; the requirements do not.

What orgadmin.ai does not do
The comparison is only useful if this part is on it too.
- No CI/CD pipelines — no build jobs, no automated promotion between environments
- No git integration — no branches, no pull-request validation, no commit history of metadata
- No automated rollback, and no scheduled metadata or data backup
- No destructive deploys — components that exist only in the target are never deleted
- No static code analysis (PMD, SonarQube-style rules) or code-quality gating
- No sandbox provisioning or refresh — connect the sandbox after Salesforce creates it
If any of those are requirements, buy the tool that has them. This page exists to help you work out which group you are in, not to talk you out of the right answer.
Fair is fair
When Prodly is the right choice
Purpose-built for relational configuration data — CPQ and Revenue Cloud product catalogues, price rules and bundles — with mature handling of the deep, self-referencing hierarchies those models produce.
Buy Prodly if
- You move Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud configuration data between orgs regularly
- Your data sets have deep self-referencing hierarchies and circular dependencies
- You need scheduled, repeatable config-data releases as part of a formal process
Try orgadmin.ai if
- You need realistic transactional data in a sandbox, with PII masked before it leaves the source
- Masking matters as much as movement
- You want seeding alongside org exploration, deployments and a security review
On price
Prodly pricing: not published. quoted per org or per user on an annual contract. No figure is printed here because none is published.
orgadmin.ai is free during the open beta, and data seeding is included rather than sold as a separate module. orgadmin.ai is still in beta and a competitive price is still being worked out — we are aiming to be over 50% cheaper than any other competitor.
